Yasser Sardina ESQ
Yasser obtained his Juris Doctor Degree from Nova Shepard Broad Law Center with exceptional and honorable grades. While in Law school, he was chosen to become a member of Moot Court Honor Society for exceptional writing and oral advocacy skills. His passion for Immigration Law flourished while learning from one of the great legal minds in the field, Ira J. Kurzban.
He clerked at a respectable immigration law firm where he was exposed to a variety of immigration issues. He also clerked at Podhurst Orseck, a firm based out of Miami specializing in aviation law and commercial litigation in the international spectrum. He has also mediated cases which has given him legal insight negotiating and reaching agreements between two parties during and before litigation.
Yasser has represented clients in various civil litigation matters. As an Immigration Attorney, he has represented clients in immigrant and non-immigrant visas, removal proceedings, waivers, and consular processing. Yasser believes that every case requires a thorough understanding of the case to achieve his client’s wishes.
