Yasser Sardina is a Cuban American attorney who established his private practice in 2012. He obtained his Juris Doctorate Degree from Nova Shepard Board College of Law. Raised in Miami he felt there was an unmet need in serving the immigrants of this country as well as his passion for business and wealth, he decided to create a niche in his firm and specialize in Corporate Law, Investment Visas, and Immigration Law. Attorney Sardina has extensive experience in Immigration Court, Federal Immigration Court, and Federal Criminal Court Litigation proceedings in Miami and Orlando, including court appearances for Master and Individual Hearings for cases involving criminal: overstay waivers, deportation proceedings, including consolation of removal, waivers, and political asylum. In addition to his experiences in removal/deportation defense cases, Attorney Sardina has prepared and filled non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions including, EB-1 extraordinary Ability Petition, EB-2 and EB-3 Employment based Green Cards, Investment based and treaty Trader Visas and EB-5 Green Card, Marriage Cases, Naturalization, Removal of Conditions, and Consular Process, including but not limited to.
